5:30
We welcome the sunrise with a shared morning meditation on the beach. This gentle practice helps us wake up softly and set the tone for a harmonious and mindful day.
6:00–7:00
Valera and Marika will guide us through another FYSM yoga practice followed by a stretching session on the beach. Together we will activate our inner strength, release tension, and open the body’s flexibility, creating a sense of balance and stability for the day ahead.
7:00–8:00
Acro yoga with our trusted morning companions of the festival, Valera and Marika. This practice combines elements of yoga, acrobatics, and partner work. Acro yoga is built on cooperation, trust, and coordination, where one participant becomes the base while the other performs balancing movements.
Valera and Marika will demonstrate the basic elements, safety principles, and technique. Participants will have the chance to practice in pairs, learn to feel their partner, maintain balance, and distribute weight correctly. This practice develops strength, stability, flexibility, and at the same time strengthens trust and the ability to work together.
Acro yoga is not about complex tricks — it is about connection, support, and the feeling that together we can do more than alone. And this principle resonates deeply with the spirit of the festival, because fruitarianism is also about unity, community, and the strength that emerges when people walk the path together.
8:00
On the second day breakfast becomes more lively and coordinated, as participants already begin to feel like one team. We continue preparing food together, experimenting with new combinations, sharing ideas, and discovering how simple fruit-based meals can be diverse, satisfying, and truly energizing.
9:30
Talk by Yura Fruktoed
The festival will host a live meeting with Yura Fruktoed, a well-known fruitarian and blogger whom many people have followed through his blog and publications. We invited Yura to the festival so participants could meet him in person, hear his perspective, and communicate directly.
He will present an engaging topic that will open the door for reflection and an open group discussion, where everyone will be able to join the dialogue and ask their questions.
11:00
Muscles and Strength on a Fruit-Based Diet — Valera Poznyakov & Dima Epishin
Valera and Dima will host a session dedicated to building muscle, strength, and endurance while following a fruit-based diet. They will explain how to structure a training process, how much time to dedicate to warm-up, the main workout, and recovery, how often to train during the week, and which training formats produce real results.
Participants will learn how it is possible to build muscle mass, improve strength, and maintain stable energy on a fruit-based diet. Valera and Dima will also share their personal experience, how they developed their own physical form, and answer questions so everyone can adapt the knowledge to their own practice.
13:00
Cooking with the Fruit Fairy’s Recipes
Inna continues sharing her culinary ideas and will present additional recipes from her collection and book. This will be more than just cooking — it’s a space for live communication, sharing experience, and inspiration for those who want to diversify their fruit-based menu. Participants will learn the subtleties of flavor combinations, the principles of taste balance, and practical ideas they can take home after the festival.

Talent Show
This is a part of the festival where any participant can express themselves.
It’s a space for music, dance, humor, poetry, improvisation, or any other form of creativity someone wishes to share. What matters here is not a perfect performance, but the courage to open up, support each other, and discover how many bright and diverse people are part of our community.
