About me
What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
I study the world through natural sciences,
Nature and observing it,
Drawing,
Reading aloud,
Deep conversations
What field are you working in now, what do you do?
I am working on a course in biochemistry, systematizing knowledge
Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now does not only consist of fruits?
Yes
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
Only fruits, I drink water
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
since 2020
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Since childhood, I wanted to eat only fruits and sweets, after Milovanova's video I gave up meat, then veganism. I knew about fruits, but I could not stay on them for long. When migraines really got to me, I decided that I would definitely try to switch and here I am. But now the motivation is much greater than just health
And what continues to inspire now?
Search for truth and the desire to understand how everything works here
What difficulties did you have on this path?
A long search for answers to all the important questions, but these were interesting difficulties and they still continue
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
At first, you fenced yourself off from everyone who does not accept FE, after a few years I realized that this was the wrong path, now I communicate with people on any type of diet. I realized that this is not the main thing, even on fruits a person can be more out of it than an omnivore
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I am not sick. Although I used to have constant colds, 3 cases of pneumonia, tonsils were removed... If I had known about fruits earlier, I could have avoided this
I won't say that people on fruits are not afraid of any infection, it's just that the probability of getting sick is much lower, since the body works as it should and has time to cope with everything unnecessary. In general, my health has become stronger, and so has my psyche
How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? What kind of diet did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or was this path stretched out?
I switched from unhealthy veganism, it was hard, I was really breaking down, like quitting drugs. But when the puzzles started to come together in my head (after a course of biochemistry), it became easy
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
Is there anything better?)
Your mission in life
To explore the world and understand it (I don't mean traveling, but scientific knowledge)
And to help others along the way
