Here, as everywhere, a comprehensive approach is needed. Much depends on your health, age, psychological readiness, etc.
I will tell you from my experience and mistakes - perhaps this will help someone approach the issue more consciously.
Looking back, it seems to me that the best strategy is a smooth transition. It is easier for both your health and your psyche. A sharp transition is also possible, but, as practice shows, it often ends in breakdowns and eating disorders.
Of course, having learned such revolutionary information, you want to quickly throw out pots and pans and go on a fruit binge. But it is important to remember that all our lives we have not eaten fruits. A sharp change in diet can lead to equally sharp cleansing processes, and after a burst of enthusiasm, many experience a rollback. And this is normal. Therefore, do not blame yourself for not being able to immediately quit old habits. Gradually, you will come to your goal, because sometimes slow but sure steps are more effective than sudden jumps.
What is also important is the constant study of information and the experience of other people. For me, this is the main thing, because you can’t go far on motivation alone. You can take courses that interest you, communicate with like-minded people, study physiology and biochemistry (if you need help, write 😊). Understanding why you need to eat fruits is the key to achieving your goal. I figured this out for myself once and for all, but everyone should answer this question on their own.
Surrounding yourself with like-minded people is one of the most valuable steps when switching to fruits. Look for friends, at least on the Internet, the fruit community is huge, and you can always find someone to your liking.
Another recommendation is to start a blog or food diary to track your progress and share your observations with like-minded people. This really helped me at first.
As a bonus, I will leave simple but important things:
✅ Physical activity every day, preferably for the whole body.
✅ Eat enough fruit.
✅ Provide food for the mind.
✅ Balance in all areas of life gives inexhaustible strength.
Be patient with yourself, and everything will work out! 🍏🍊✨
