Studying this world from all sides

Fruitarianism, sometimes coconut water, greens, I drink water, but not every day
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since November 2020
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
The fact that this is the most ideal diet for a person, well, and my constant migraines
And what continues to inspire you now?
My state of body and mind, the absence of diseases + it's just very tasty
What difficulties did you have along the way?
Fighting drug addiction from artificial food, relationships with people
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
Divorced my husband)) My social circle completely changed, I had more fruit friends. I went to work as a freelancer and started traveling to warm countries. I became more confident, started blogging, talking about my experience

Migraines, colds, skin inflammations, painful periods and gynecological diseases have disappeared. I have more energy, my hemoglobin has increased, I have a desire to play sports and lead an active lifestyle
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? From what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
The transition was difficult, with breakdowns and eating disorders. I switched to fruits from unhealthy veganism. I was able to switch only when I started changing my social circle, took responsibility into my own hands, studied enough information
