1 zucchini
1 large cucumber or several medium ones
2 large sweet peppers
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 medium mango
1 lime/lemon

  1. Peel the zucchini and cucumber. Cut the seedless flesh into spaghetti
  2. Peel the peppers, cut into 2-4 pieces and cut into strips with a special knife
  3. Squeeze out all the moisture from the cut spaghetti
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into neat rings
  5. Peel the mango. If the texture allows, cut it into slices with the same vegetable peeler directly into the bowl with the spaghetti, so that the mango juice soaks the dish. If the mango is soft, cut it with a knife into thin, oblong pieces
  6. Add freshly squeezed lime juice to all the ingredients

Before serving, mix (massage) the dish thoroughly with your hands, so that the fruits and vegetables exchange juices and reveal a deep harmony of flavors
