I do not consider myself to be in any category, fruits make up most of my diet
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since mid-2014, I have not eaten meat
Since mid-2019, fruits make up 50% to 100% of my diet
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
The stimulus was health problems, one day I came across information about raw food, I began to study information from different sources, then experimented on myself with vegetarianism, raw food, fruitarianism, empirically I came to the ideal diet for me. I met many people on different types of nutrition, everyone's experience inspires me 🫶🏻
And what continues to inspire me now?
Now I focus more on my feelings, but of course I am inspired by everyone who has long-term experience of fruitarianism
What difficulties did you have along the way?
Environment, money, low weight, lack of support
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
New acquaintances began to appear, but in general I cannot associate changes in life only with nutrition, since here it is rather a comprehensive work on yourself and, first of all, with your psyche
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I have more confidence in my health, chronic diseases have gone away, and now it’s even hard to remember which ones))
In general, my body feels lighter, I get fewer colds, if I have acute respiratory viral infections, they go away faster and easier, without pills; I forgot what a runny nose and purulent sore throat are (it used to be constant), swelling on my face and body has gone away, my hemoglobin has returned to normal (it used to be chronically low), the condition of my nails and skin has improved
How was the transition to fruits at the very beginning? What kind of diet did you start with when you decided to become a fruitarian? In one day or has this path been stretched out?
I am going through this path gradually at a pace that is comfortable for me
What is your deep motivation for staying on fruits or on your type of diet?
First of all, maintaining health, I want to stay in a quality body and with a clear mind as long as possible and motivate other people to a healthy lifestyle
