Water requirements for different types of nutrition

Water and traditional diet

Modern diet, saturated with salt, hard-to-digest substances and toxins, forces the body to constantly work on their removal. In this process, the main solvent - water - plays a key role.

The human body consists of 70-80% water, and blood and lymph, responsible for the nutrition of cells and cleansing the body, contain more than 90% of it. It is logical that the more a person eats salty, fried, fatty and synthetic products, the more water is required for dilution, processing and removal of harmful substances. The body retains fluid to reduce the concentration of toxins, help the kidneys, liver and other filtration organs cope with the load.

Clean diet and the need for water

When switching to a natural, fruit-based diet, the body is gradually cleansed of accumulated excess. As a result, the need for additional water decreases:

✔ Excess fluid retained due to toxins is eliminated
✔ Organs work more efficiently, without overload
✔ A person feels lightness, strength and energy, since the body's resources are no longer spent on fighting the consequences of poor nutrition

How does the perception of water change?

Over time, the taste buds of such a person are cleansed, and he begins to distinguish the subtlest shades of taste of water from different sources:

  • A metallic taste - in water that has passed through iron pipes.
  • A limestone shade - in water from areas with a high calcium content in the soil.
  • A pharmaceutical taste - due to the presence of cleansing chemical compounds, such as chlorine.

This is explained by the fact that water, before getting into a bottle or tap, passes through rocks, dissolving their particles in itself. In essence, these are liquid stones. The only water that is free of impurities and flavors is distilled or demineralized, it has a neutral taste.

Water in pure nutrition

Fruits and berries contain natural minerals dissolved in biologically available water, which:

✔ Easily absorbed by the body.
✔ Does not contain foreign impurities and heavy minerals.
✔ Fully corresponds to the natural needs of the body.

Moreover, if the diet is based on juicy fruits, additional water may not be required at all. The proportion of water in many fruits is almost identical to its content in human tissues, providing natural hydration of the body.

However, if you are just switching to fruitarianism or eat fruits with a low water content (less than 80%) - such as tamarind, dates, persimmon, durian, avocado, jackfruit, bananas - it is important to listen to your body.

If you feel thirsty, don't ignore the body's signal - drink clean water to maintain balance.

Water is not just a liquid, it is the basis of life. Monitor your feelings, choose natural, living moisture, and your body will respond with energy, lightness and health. 💧🍉
