I often struggle with being open to eating a wide variety of fruits, rather than just the same ones I know and like. This causes difficulty for me because, as a globetrotter, I encounter an everchanging availability of fruits.

I was searching for ways to improve my health and fell upon the benefits of veganism so I transitioned after 2 years of being vegetarian. I instantly felt the positive effects so I kept researching and learning more about healing from the inside out. After feeling an increasing number of benefits for myself as I consumed a healthier diet, I continued on a gradual transitioned to HCLF vegan > Raw till 4 > Raw vegan. Finally, a culmination of realising that this is the way humans should eat, my body's physical desire to consume only fruit, the simplicity, it being the least harmful manner of consumption and felling my best led me to solidify myself as a fruitarian.
