What is your biggest challenge on this lifestyle?
Country of Current Residency
What’s your current mission in life?
i aspire to inspire before i expire.
no favs. just prefer juicy ones. it depends on the season: watermelons, donut peaches and nectarines in summer. oranges, kiwi, pineapples, mangoes and lychees as it gets colder.
What’s your favorite fruit/s?
i’ve been looking for “something” since i was born. i’ve never fit in the traditional lifestyle.
i refused to drink cow’s milk as even the smell made me nauseous. as a child i would ask “is it healthy?” prior to eating any new food.
I’d even say “it runs in my family” as my dad used to be vegetarian before he got married and my mom was always looking for natural remedies for health issues. parents never bought us soda/fast or processed foods, we would eat raw fruits, greens and veggies every day; my father has been doing sports all his life so he encouraged us to do so. thus i was brought up understanding the connection between my health and the lifestyle.
However, my mom was overweight and had a lot of health issues back then. I was scared of becoming overweight and had been doing my best to prevent it+fight cellulite(since i was 6-7); i skipped meals/didn’t eat meat/drank a lot of water/fasted/exhausted my body with sports…
i was fit but cellulite was still there.
in order to fight cellulite i started 14 day sugar free challenge in March, 2016. i have never eaten sugar since then:) then in a year (spring/summer 2017) i realized i hadn’t eaten meat for some time. since i felt really well i decided to keep going with being kinda “vegetarian”; and during 2018 i step by step naturally ditched fish, eggs and other dairy products. In 2019 i turned raw just because i occasionally had spent several days being raw and liked it. since then till 2021 i’d been 90% raw vegan and the amount of seeds/nuts i consumed was also naturally decreasing as my body was craving for fresh, ripe and juicy food. that’s how i ended up being a fruitarian since August 2021.
There was no forced transition. I didn’t even know i was transitioning; just trusted my guts. just trusted my body.
as body talks. body warns, body reveals our secrets, body guides. just let it out, hear it out and follow its hints????????

Years of Being Fruitarian: since August 2021
to be as social as i used to be. very few likeminded ones. especially at the very beginning. the first time i met fruitarians in person was a year after i started my fruitful journey. there are fruitarians all over the world but we simply don.t know about each other's existance. the point is to connect.
