About me
What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
I am interested in sports, a healthy lifestyle and natural nutrition. Every day I start with hardening in cold water, and then I train, focusing on different muscle groups. In my free time, I like hiking in the mountains, cycling and spending time in nature, especially in places with a lot of fruit trees and fresh fruits - I like fruity surroundings.
I am also studying and practicing Fresh Yoga Synthesis Methodology (FYSM) and plan to become a trainer in this area. I am interested in neural networks, creating videos and developing a personal brand. Now I am actively developing a blog about healthy eating, fruitarianism and fitness, creating short videos and sharing my knowledge.
What field are you working in now, what do you do?
I am currently working as a supervisor in a restaurant kitchen in Banff. In addition, I am actively developing my blog about healthy eating, fruitarianism and fitness, creating short videos and studying promotion on Instagram. I am also studying the Fresh Yoga Synthesis Methodology (FYSM) and plan to become a trainer in this area.
Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now does not consist only of fruits?
I completely share it. Sometimes I have greens in my diet.
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
I adhere to fruitarianism - I eat only fruits and drink smoothies, which I prepare on the basis of freshly squeezed fruit juices, such as orange or apple, mixing them with bananas or other fruits. I do not add sweeteners or other additives. I do not drink pure water, since I get all the necessary liquid from fruits and smoothies.
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
I have been on this diet since March 1, 2024
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
I have always been interested in health, sports and natural ways to maintain energy and well-being. Over time, I began to notice how nutrition affects my physical condition, endurance, mood and overall well-being.
I tried different nutrition systems, but gradually came to the conclusion that fruits give me maximum energy, lightness in the body and clarity of mind. They provide the body with everything it needs without overloading, and the feeling of satiety comes naturally.
I am also inspired by examples of people who have been following a fruit diet for many years and remain active, strong and healthy. I studied information about natural nutrition, human anatomy and the principles of the body, and all this led me to a conscious choice of fruitarianism.
And what continues to inspire me now?
Now I am inspired by my own feelings and results. I feel lightness, high endurance and stable energy without surges. Morning workouts have become even more productive, and recovery is faster.
In addition, I am motivated by the process itself - learning how nutrition affects the body and mind. I notice that fruitarianism helps to maintain clarity of mind, ease of communication and a good mood.
I am also inspired by the examples of other people who live a similar way, remain active, strong and look younger than their age. I see how this lifestyle can be adapted even better and share this on my blog.
Nature also plays a big role. Living surrounded by fruits, warm climate and natural products gives a sense of harmony, which also motivates to continue this path. In addition, I have been greatly influenced and continue to be influenced by the environment of fruit people. Being among friends who share the same values is a special pleasure, creating a special atmosphere.
What difficulties did you face on this path?
I had several difficulties on my path to fruitarianism:
1. Social factor – At first, it was difficult to explain to others why I only eat fruits. Many did not understand or doubted this diet, asked a lot of questions or tried to convince me. Over time, I learned to calmly accept any reactions and not try to convince anyone, just follow my path.
2. Adaptation of the body – During the first months of the transition, I felt changes in my body: cleansing was taking place, eating habits changed, and I had to listen to my body in order to properly balance my diet. Sometimes I could feel hungry until I found my optimal diet.
3. Availability of quality fruits – It is not easy to find ripe, tasty and natural fruits in the right quantities everywhere. For example, in Canada in winter it was more difficult, but I found a way out by choosing the best of what was available. In warm countries, such as Thailand, it is much easier.
4. Exercise and nutrition – At the beginning, I was worried about whether I would have enough fruit to maintain strength and endurance in sports. But over time, I realized that the right amount and variety of fruit provide everything you need, and now my workouts have become even more effective.
5. Catering and events – In regular restaurants or at events, I often have nothing to eat except fresh fruit, if they are available. But I don’t perceive this as a problem, I just prepare in advance or bring it with me.
All these difficulties have become part of my journey and have helped me better understand my body, adapt to different situations, and feel confident in my choices.
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
After switching to fruitarianism, serious changes occurred in many areas of my life:
Self-perception and internal state
• A feeling of lightness appeared - not only in the body, but also in the mind. The feeling of heaviness after eating disappeared, and my energy became more stable.
• Increased sensitivity to sensations, emotions, and the environment. I began to feel my body, its needs, and reactions better.
• I became more aware of what to do, who to communicate with, and how to allocate my time.
• The feeling of “attachment” to food as a source of pleasure disappeared — now food has become a natural process of nutrition, and not something that distracts or overloads.
Personal environment
• I began to distance myself from people who lived in a completely different value system and did not understand my lifestyle. Not because I was specifically avoiding someone, but there were fewer common points of contact.
• At the same time, a new social circle appeared — people who also live in harmony with nature, eat fruits, play sports, and have a conscious attitude towards life. These people inspire, support, and are always easy to be with.
• I was especially inspired by the environment of fruit people — their energy, positivity, freedom from standard stereotypes.
Social sphere
• I learned to calmly take any questions and comments about my diet. Now I don’t need to convince anyone — I just live the way I feel comfortable.
• Interacting with new people has become easier, as I have become more confident in myself and am not ashamed of my lifestyle.
• Interest in developing a personal brand has grown, as I realized that I can share my experience and inspire others.
Work and professional sphere
• In the professional sphere, my lifestyle has helped me to be more organized and productive. I concentrate better on tasks, I don’t feel tired after eating, and work goes easier.
• My approach to development has changed — I began to look for ways to monetize my knowledge, which led to the creation of a blog about fruitarianism, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• It has become easier to make decisions, because nutrition has affected the overall clarity of thinking and internal discipline.
Overall, the transition to a fruit-based diet turned out to be not just a change in diet, but a profound transformation in all areas of life.
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I used to have various health problems, like most people. I was often sick, especially in winter, and any illness would complicate chronic diseases - I had sinusitis, frontal sinusitis and otitis. Treatment would drag on for months, I had to take antibiotics, pills, ear drops.
I also had skin problems - purulent pimples often appeared, which took a long time to heal.
I have been involved in sports since childhood, and when I switched to proper nutrition, my body changed. I lost excess fat, as the food became cleaner, and now my muscles work more efficiently. I feel my body 100%, it has become lighter and more functional - I no longer need to carry excess weight.
As for the musculoskeletal system, about 15-20 years ago I was diagnosed with three intervertebral hernias, two of which were of a critical size. Doctors insisted on urgent surgery, but I decided to restore my body naturally - through exercise and proper nutrition. Now I have no problems with hernias, but I am conscious of this area and carefully load it.
I forgot about medications. I have not taken any pills for a long time.
In general, after switching to a plant-based diet, my health has improved significantly. Diseases are gone, my skin has become clearer, my body works more efficiently, and my well-being has become much better.
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
My transition to fruitarianism was gradual, it did not happen in one day. Before that, I adhered to a standard plant-based diet, but with a lot of processed foods, nuts, cereals, and before that, there was also milk in the diet, which, as I now understand, negatively affected my health.
At some point, I began to notice that eating cleaner and rawer food made me feel better, lighter, and more energetic. First, I cut out processed food from my diet, then I gave up grains and nuts, leaving only fresh fruit and some greens.
The most difficult period was at the beginning, when my body was adapting - there were moments when I wanted denser food, sometimes I felt hungry, until I figured out how to combine fruits correctly and how much fruit I needed per day. Also, temporary symptoms of body restructuring could appear during the cleansing.
But the further I went, the better I felt physically and mentally. My body itself began to refuse heavy food, and now I eat only fruits, feeling maximum energy and lightness.
What is your deep motivation for staying on fruits or your type of nutrition?
My deep motivation for staying on fruitarianism is maximum efficiency of the body and mind, a feeling of purity and lightness in the body, as well as clarity of consciousness and inner harmony.
Fruits give stable energy, without sudden surges, as happens with other foods. I feel my body 100%.
I no longer experience the state of “pollution” of the body that I had before. My body cleanses itself and works without interruptions, and I do not need to think about unnecessary symptoms and discomfort.
I noticed that fruits affect not only the physical condition, but also the psyche. The brain works clearly, concentration has improved, and the mood has become more stable.
Fruitarianism has given the best results in all areas of life. When I see that my body functions perfectly, there is simply no point in returning to my previous diet.
I love being among people who share similar values, and the fruit environment inspires me. This is not just nutrition, but a whole lifestyle that brings pleasure and fills me with energy.
In addition, I understand that I do not see creating a family with a girl who adheres to a different type of diet. It is important for me that my life principles coincide with those of my partner, especially in matters of health, nutrition and lifestyle. Fruits are not just food, but the foundation of my well-being, energy and worldview, so it is difficult for me to imagine a person who does not share this path nearby.
Your mission in life
My mission in life is to live in maximum harmony with myself, nature and my body, to show by my example that health, strength and energy can be natural, without artificial stimulants and complex systems.
I want to help people understand how nutrition, movement and lifestyle affect their condition, share knowledge and inspire changes that will make their lives easier, cleaner and more joyful.
It is important for me to develop my body and mind, constantly grow, discover new boundaries of my capabilities, creating an environment of like-minded people around me, where people support each other and live consciously.
Ultimately, my goal is to get the maximum amount of life energy and use it efficiently, creating something useful, inspiring others and being in balance with the world.
Your main life motto
Everything is fine - thanks to exercise, everything that is not done is done on fruits!
What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
1. Start gradually
You don’t need to switch to 100% fruit in one day. Remove heavy foods step by step – first processed foods, then grains, nuts, and increase the share of fruit in your diet.
2. Listen to your body
Every body adapts differently. Pay attention to how you feel, your energy, and your body’s signals, and don’t follow strict rules.
3. Include variety
Fruits are not only bananas and apples. Experiment with different flavors, look for seasonal and ripe fruits, try new combinations and pairings.
4. Prepare for possible restructuring of the body
In the beginning, there may be moments of cleansing, changing eating habits, and adaptation. This is normal – the body gets used to new fuel.
5. Don’t worry about protein and calories
Fruits contain everything you need, the main thing is to eat enough. If you feel hungry, just eat more.
6. Surround yourself with support
Communication with like-minded people is very important. Find people who already live on fruits, share experiences, ask questions, get inspired.
7. Do it with pleasure
Don't perceive the transition as a limitation. This is not a strict diet, but a natural and easy way of eating that gives energy, health and joy.
The main thing is not to rush and do not put pressure on yourself. This path should bring you pleasure, and then the body itself will choose the best.
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
I don't have complicated recipes, because I prefer natural, clean fruit food. But if we talk about a favorite combination, then it is a smoothie from freshly squeezed orange or apple juice with bananas.
My favorite fruit recipe:
🍊 Orange-banana smoothie
• 500 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
• 3-4 ripe bananas
I just mix it in a blender and get the perfect energy for training and an active day.
Favorite fruits:
• Durian - rich, nutritious, gives a powerful boost of energy.
• Mango - juicy, aromatic, just perfect.
• Sweet citrus fruits - oranges, tangerines, because they refresh and give lightness.
• Bananas - nutritious and convenient for snacking.
• Red dragon fruit - especially Thai, it is incredibly sweet and delicious.
Everything is simple: ripe, fresh, sweet fruits are better than any complex recipe!
Important, what else would you like to share
The main thing that I realized on my path: the simpler the diet, the easier and cleaner life becomes. Fruits give natural energy, lightness and freedom - both in the body and in the mind.
I do not adhere to strict rules, I just listen to my body, and it leads me in the right direction. This path is not about strict restrictions, but about finding maximum comfort and efficiency in life.
If my experience can inspire someone to change, then I am not just sharing it. Each person can become more energetic, healthy and free if they begin to realize that their body is not a machine that needs to be constantly “repaired” with pills and complex diets, but a living, self-healing organism that just needs to be given the right fuel.
I wish everyone to find their balance, inner strength and live at 100% energy! 🌿🍎
