What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
Spending time outdoors, active recreation, sports, painting (landscapes and portraits from life, decorative paintings), wood carving, experimenting and cooking live cuisine, learning new creative hobbies, reading books. Spending time with children, organizing children's events. Watching scientific, documentary and sometimes feature films. Meditation, time alone, relaxation, massage

I provide nanny services, as well as teach drawing, conduct master classes for children and adults, organize children's events. I paint to order (landscapes, portraits, etc.)

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
I had a goal to become a physically healthy person, and I began to study various kinds of information. My mother gave me the book "The Miracle of Fasting" by Paul Bragg, so through therapeutic fasting and then through studying various information, I got acquainted with all other areas of nutrition
I was inspired by the first results, after 7 days of fasting, I was convinced from my own experience of the power of the body. And then, being on a clean diet, over time I was inspired even more and more, as I felt a huge amount of energy

And what continues to inspire you now?
Inspiration has grown into a way of life. It seems that it is no longer possible to do otherwise

What difficulties did you have along the way?
There were difficulties only when I forced myself to eat something that was not tasty, but supposedly healthy, then I did not know how to cook deliciously on live food, and there were not much money at that time for a full-fledged raw, fruit diet. Returning to highly thermally processed food is the only difficulty that I overcame. And everything worked out over time, I learned from my mistakes

When changing your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
Through meditation, I came to a change in diet and many areas of life changed dramatically. Self-perception of life became brighter, freer, more comfortable, fear, irritability, negative perception of difficulties went away. A lot of energy came, my worldview completely changed, the environment changed to people with similar values, the place of residence changed, to a constantly warm, comfortable climate with an abundance of nature. Became an example for family and friends, they began to care more about their health, their diet. (Mom started running at 50 and has been doing it for a year now)

What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
My health has become many, many times better, I stopped getting sick at all, the chronic fatigue that I used to have constantly passed, headaches and many other unpleasant painful conditions that could haunt me day after day have gone away. There was a feeling

How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? From what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
The transition to a fruit diet was from a raw food diet. The transition did not happen quickly, but if I had known earlier the methods of transition that I know now, I am sure I would have come to a living diet even faster

What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
Deep motivation is simply to be a healthy person, full of energy and strength

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
First of all, understand for yourself whether you are ready to change your life completely, changes in nutrition entail changes in all areas of life. Study the information thoroughly and start gradually moving on, if you are ready, do not be afraid to make mistakes, believe and think positively, set yourself up for a good mood
