What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
I am currently working on a program and a book about how changing consciousness affects life. This includes nutrition, working on yourself, yoga as an ancient science of life. I love hiking in the mountains, cycling, yoga, pottering around in the garden, picking berries in the forest, dancing and I love life in all its manifestations
What field are you currently working in, what do you do?
I teach yoga classes in a studio, work in a health center and devote the rest of my time to my family and my interests
Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now does not consist only of fruits?
I share fruitarianism 💯, and I am studying this topic. From my experience, I have already realized that this is the best and cleanest nutrition for a person. I strive for it. What a wonderful future we would have if all people came to it. I believe in it. And I will write a book about it
What type of diet are you following now, do you drink water?
I drink water. I was on 💯 fruits from January 2024 to November 2025. Then I had a lot of stress and sometimes ate vegetables. Now I strive for 💯 fruits. In general, this is a process and work on yourself

Yoga practice, my health. Search for clean eating

My well-being. I have cured all my joints
What difficulties did you have along the way?
Moral state sometimes when around friends, people I love. Well, it is clear that detoxes are not very pleasant
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in work?
I'm not ready to answer this question yet. I think that changes are already happening but I don't know if I'm ready for them

Such lightness in the body in the head)) all the pain has gone from the joints
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
I have been on a vegetarian diet for the last few (10) years. I switched immediately with ease. This was the way out I was looking for. I started to break down on vegetables later due to stress in the family. I think deep changes began to occur at all levels
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
Maintain your health as long as possible so that you can do everything that I have planned

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or cannot?
Get knowledge, find like-minded people, feel your body, your intuition will guide you if you do not ignore it, remove salt

I love them all so much! It's hard to say) probably sweet juicy oranges 🍊 About the recipe, the simpler the tastier. I love a salad of bananas and oranges with passion fruit. Such a magical combination!
