Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now consists not only of fruits?
I completely agree
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
80% - fruits, the rest is raw vegetable salads with oil and salt, sometimes alternative (less harmful) vegan boiled food
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
From 2018 to 2021 on a pure raw food diet without nuts and seeds, 90% fruits, from 2021 to this day on a vegan-raw food diet (80% fruit raw food)
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
At first, these were professional training in light weightlifting, competitions, in 2016 I became interested in proper nutrition and maintaining a slim figure, went online and got acquainted with the Shelton compatibility table and malnutrition, then in 2017 I found films on the Internet: "Think about what you eat" food plan, "Sick, fat and almost dead". Then I found bloggers: Milovanov and some other old man... I don't remember.. Then books by Arnold Ehret, Paul Bragg and finally the most important book "Diet 80/10/10" by Douglas Gramm in the same 2017. This is enough for me to this day. But maybe someday I will take a course in nutritional biochemistry from Dmitry Koshcheev about fruitarianism or alternative ones. And also after Douglas's book, the audiobook "The Gospel of the Evseyevs", about living food and Vadim Zeland. Also in the fiction book "Two Lives" by Concordia Antarova, the Teachers ate only fruits and were picky eaters
And what continues to inspire now?
Douglas Gramm, "Two Lives" and other fruit bloggers and familiar fruitarians with experience
What difficulties did you have on this path?
Severe thinness and terrible weakness at the beginning, which lasted for a year. Fruitarianism together with studying at the military university of the Ministry of Emergency Situations: little support, ridicule and limited access to fruits, military obligations, heavy mental and physical stress at the stage of severe thinness and weakness, etc.
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
Social circle, place of residence, worldview, interests, professional activity .. Everything
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
In terms of health, I was relatively healthy .. did not suffer .. but there were colds, sore throat, a little acne, the psychological state was less joyful and positive, inferiority complexes
How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out? Quite abruptly and easily in 2017 from omnivorism in almost a couple of days-week to veganism without eggs, dairy and meat and to this day. Then to raw foodism and fruitarianism with rollbacks a couple of months after veganism. After a year of semi-raw foodism to pure CE with a predominance of fruits
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of nutrition?
I feel better on Fruits. Both physically and mentally. More energy and positivity. Creative potential is released
