I like to jog (4-14 km), stand on copper nails every day, come up with incredible fruit recipes, I love to dance, keep diaries and draw when I relax))

Since July 2023. In the first year, I spent 272 days on pure fruits (I keep statistics on the calendar, so I know my progress clearly)

Excellent condition, cheerfulness.
I kept my environment, I began to see more and more advantages in people.
In work, I began to do less of what is not interesting and I do not like. I strive to exclude as much as possible actions that do not inspire.)

What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
Now I have more energy. I started getting better sleep. My psyche and mental state have leveled out. I have become more psychologically balanced, more stress-resistant. I stop faster after training

How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? What kind of diet did you start with when you decided to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
From a vegetarian. My path is not fast. About 5-6 years

What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
Pure energy that can be converted into interesting projects, into the implementation of your ideas. Gratitude to life for life, through nutrition that is harmonious for nature and yourself (as a species)

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
Talk to yourself more honestly, do not feel sorry for yourself, seek the truth. Ask yourself as many questions as possible about your life, find answers to the question "why?" in yourself

I love all the recipes that I have come up with, I enjoy with all my heart when I cook and eat what I created myself in a creative flow)
I found a solution on how to make an analogue of vegetarian meat from fruits. This recipe is already popular and is prepared by fruit lovers on a regular basis)
Created original and delicious recipes for layered salads and fruit cakes, which are repeated by most of my fruit friends who tried it personally and fell in love with the taste the first time
