Music, meditation, nature, self-knowledge, yoga, I conduct soundhilling, retreats, I love traveling and organize author's tours

We have Nibbana Space on the island of Phuket for the soul and body with yoga, sauna, Healthy cafe and lounge, where we conduct practices, ceremonies, spiritual events, as well as work on the simulator rule. I also organize transformational retreats for people

Now I am returning to a fruit diet after swinging on raw / vegan)

When changing your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in work?
Sensitivity and brightness of life, moments and contact with nature, movement towards more spiritual and environmentally friendly projects, lightness in the head and thoughts
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I have always had nutrition in combination with physical work with the body, only nutrition did not decide. But it definitely affects the experience of the quality of the spine and joints, skin, body odors, gastrointestinal tract, hair, nails, etc.
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? What diet did you start with when you decided to become a fruitarian? In one day or was it a long journey?
I transitioned step by step: vegeterian-vegan-raw-fruits. There were some ups and downs, but I understood and accepted my psyche, which needed smoothness
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or your type of diet?
Skin, joints, lightness in the body and flexibility, mental calm and more inner energy, sensitivity to everything and living more in the present moment
Your mission in life
To be a conductor of new experience and energy for everyone who doubts, fights, gives up and wants to change their lives. For myself, this is the path to myself, manifestation and creation of a new bright world. To develop and through my example to convey harmony in choosing myself, progression of soul and body.

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but hesitate or can't?
Ask yourself: why do they need to switch to fruits and give yourself a transparent, sincere, deep answer
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
Durian, mango, strawberry, raspberry, avocado, etc., there are a lot of them and each is bright and tasty in its own way
