Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now does not consist only of fruits?
Yes, I do, but for now there are greens. In the future, I will go to sweet fruits

What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
99% fruits, everything else is greens, sometimes there are carrots, I drink juices and coconut water. I very rarely eat fatty fruits (once a month or two avocados)

Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since 2023

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
The sensitivity of my body

And what continues to inspire me now?
My body was created for fruits. I have a reaction to other foods. That's why I want to feel better and cleaner

What difficulties did you have on this path?
More social

When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
Yes, I woke up and saw everything with real eyes. Panic attacks passed. Calmness appeared inside. I became friends with my inner self

What changed, what became better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
Bloating went away, the strong smell of sweat and very painful periods went away

How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
It happened and is going smoothly now. I have been on a whole plant-based diet for 6 years. The last 3 years were 50% fruits, but eating fruits sounded unrealistic. In 2023, I move to Asia and decide in one day that I want to try it and haven't looked back since

What is your deep motivation for staying on fruits or your type of diet?
My motivation is to live in ease and freedom from man-made food. Enjoy what was created for us 🍉

Important, what else would you like to share
Until I was 20, I suffered from constant allergies, bloating and digestive disorders, which led to anemia and malabsorption. Even then, I avoided dairy products, knowing that they caused me discomfort. When I went vegan, I hoped to solve these problems, but the symptoms persisted, indicating an increased sensitivity of my body

Later, I was diagnosed with celiac disease and dairy intolerance. Having excluded gluten and not eaten dairy products for a long time, I noticed improvements: my intestinal flora began to recover. However, my body is so sensitive to gluten that even traces of it cause a reaction. This means that restaurant and store-bought food is often unsafe for me due to the risk of hidden gluten. By carefully avoiding even minimal amounts of it, my condition has improved significantly

The final recovery came when I enriched my diet with fresh fruits. It was thanks to the fruit diet that I completely restored my health, even the anemia went away!
