About me

About me

What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
I love the sea, the forest, nature.

My passion is knitting. Adult and children's things.

I started practicing hatha yoga - I also really like it.

I love children. I love to be creative with children.

I am also a coach. But for now I have a small child and I do not practice

In what field are you working now, what do you do?
Mother of four) I knit to order and sell knitting master classes

What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
Basically, I have mono sweet juicy fruits. Sometimes I eat salad. I drink distilled water

Since what year / month have you been on this type of diet?
On a live diet since September 2017. There were no global rollbacks

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
My son, who had a severe allergy to flowering plants. I found on the Internet that a raw food diet would solve this problem. And off we go)))

And what continues to inspire me now?
It's a completely different quality of life. I feel it more and more every day

What difficulties did you have along the way?
None) well, terrible acne on my face for 7 months, but I survived

When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
Everything changed. I left work to start my own business. All my old acquaintances gradually moved away. New wonderful people appeared, with whom we are going in the same direction. I myself as a person have grown a lot and freed myself from psychological ruts. I became happy

What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I did not have any global health problems. The only thing was dermatitis on my hands, which was constantly itchy and cracked. I smeared it with hormonal ointments for 7 years and nothing helped. With fruits, everything went away in a month.
I have more energy. My skin is much better. I lost 37 kg of excess weight.
My brain has become clear, the feeling of constant fatigue and dullness has gone
I don’t feel my body at all. This is wonderful.
The most valuable thing is my children. My eldest son’s allergy to pollen and adenoids have gone away. My children have stopped getting sick all the time. But they are not completely on a raw diet

How was the transition to fruits at the very beginning? What diet did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or was this path stretched out?
In one day. I switched from a regular meat diet (also with alcohol). 2 weeks of wild headaches. 7 months of purulent pimples on my face. Everything else is calm

What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or your type of nutrition?
Life. The life that I create myself, taking care of my physical body and my thoughts. I don’t want to go back)

Your mission in life

Your main life motto
“To do the impossible, you just need to believe that you are capable of it.” and “The world always knows better”

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but can’t decide or can’t?
Don’t be afraid to try. Just try) Because then it’s impossible to give it up. Even if it doesn't work out right away, you still won't be able to help but return to fruits

Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
Apples, tangerines, cherries. I like mono, without kneading

Anything else important you want to share?
In order not to fly off the fruit, you need to work with your head. So that life becomes happy and you don't want to "glutton" it with a momentary high
