About me

About me

What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
Children, friends, sports, writing

What field are you working in now, what do you do?
IT. Mobile applications, AI

What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
Fruitarianism. I don’t drink water

Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since December 25, 2023

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Dima Kutny, Artem Kushnarev, Inna Lomanov and others who spoke about veganism, raw foodism, fruitarianism and fruitarianism

And what continues to inspire you now?
The desire to live long and be healthy, curiosity about what the body is capable of with optimal nutrition

What difficulties did you have along the way?
My family and friends are eating traditional food nearby and waiting for me to finish my "experiment" and start eating "normally" with them

What has changed in your life when you changed your diet - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
I feel more positive (especially when there is sports)
I feel efficient - because I don't need to waste time on many things (washing dishes, cooking)
It is inconvenient at corporate parties and family gatherings - because restaurants rarely serve fruit and it is often not tasty

What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I was 88 kg, now 69. Less shortness of breath, fatigue
No drowsiness during the day (if I got enough sleep at night)
I started to catch colds less often (it happened twice during this time, and otherwise it would have been probably 4 times already)
Colds are much easier. I can work, almost no snot or it comes out easily
I started doing more sports
Stopped bothering my stomach (sometimes sharp pains appeared after eating)

How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? From what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
First, I went through a 10-day marathon on juices, then I decided to try different types of nutrition for 30 days and see which one was the most optimal: veganism, raw foodism, mono raw foodism. I tried to combine all this with a weekly one-day fast. Once I bought a course of Kutnoye and when I heard about the theory of fruitarianism, I was inspired and ate only fruits for 4.5 months. Then I wanted to try old flavors and it all started
The last time, I got really sick and didn’t want to eat anything at all for a day, on the second day I only wanted to eat my hands, and on the third day I realized that this was my chance to return to fruitarianism without effort

What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of nutrition?
Curiosity - what will happen to the body in the long term with this

Your mission in life
Leave a legacy: children, books, films
Cover the planet with fruit orchards

Your main life motto
I am the creator of my destiny

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
If you could decide how many years you can live - how many years would you choose? Why do you need this? What would you like to do?

Avocado, mango, tomato
