How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
I can’t say that the transition has happened, because not much time has passed. The first years there were rollbacks even to meat. With the advent of yoga in my life, my internal state changed and meat is gone forever. In recent years, rollbacks to vegan, very rarely to dairy. Now I am on fruits and do not plan to break down, and how it will be only God knows

To switch to fruits, you need to understand what it is all for. To be healthy?) Okay, healthy, but what is health for? What is this life for? If you do not find that very deep meaning of your existence, its reason and purpose, you will not invent it, but find it! Then you will constantly be washed away by other people's meanings and the pendulum of the impermanence of this world. Only by going beyond the illusory and impermanent, having found inner support, being on fruits will be easy and effortless - as natural as simply living and breathing, because eating fruits is really our true nutrition
