Passionate about learning about nutrition, an environmentally friendly and maximally healthy lifestyle. I like to spend time exclusively with benefit, as effectively as possible: learning new things, creating, walking in nature and enjoying it 😌

Dancer, blogger. I study the topic of nutrition, train and change my thinking in Artem Kushnarev's projects 🙌🏼
Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now consists not only of fruits?
Absolutely. I am incredibly inspired by the philosophy of fruitarianism: I see how resourceful and revolutionary the topic is, logical and structured at the same time!
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
100% multi-layered mono-eating, no water
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since January 9, 2025, I have been eating only fruits and not drinking water
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
I came to the topic of fruit-eating "thanks" to multiple chronic diseases. I tried different types of food, but the symptoms did not completely go away. Having switched to FE, I forgot about all the problems. Detoxes appear, but this is a trifle compared to what was before 🙂↔️🙌🏼
And what continues to inspire me now?
My well-being, high level of energy and power, a positive environment of highly developed people, the prospects for healing and rejuvenation of people!
What difficulties did you have on this path?
I would not call them difficulties, but rather changes. Changes in social life have occurred: communication with people with whom we were connected by eating something harmful together has ceased. A discovery for me was the release of a huge amount of time, which I was not immediately able to use effectively. The first detoxes were difficult, and there were also long conversations about my new type of nutrition with my parents. In the end, everything is fine 🙂↔️💌
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
Having decided to switch to 100% fruitarianism, I rebuilt my entire life. I broke up with my fiancé, stopped working in the catering industry, changed my environment, rebuilt my daily routine, introduced stable training in "Transformer", worked a lot and for a long time and am working with my thinking. I began to hear myself. I was not mistaken in the decisions I made and I am happy with what I have now, I have acquired much more and all the previous "deprivations" were worth it!
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I think you can give a whole interview on this topic 😁 In short: before - lightly salted cucumber, now - fresh ecologically clean cucumber straight from the home garden 🥒💥
How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? What kind of food did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or was this path stretched out?
I switched from a breakdown diet. I was on a raw food diet for 9 months with breakdowns to veg. fast food, having learned about Artem's system, I immediately began to put all the recommendations into practice, I switched in one day. I'm going steadily without breakdowns and rollbacks 🤜🏻🤛🏻
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or your type of nutrition?
To show people by your example that this type of nutrition works in practice. To build a family with a fruitarian and give birth to strong, healthy, fruit children 🍉🍌🍒

Surround yourself with motivated people, delve deeply into the topic and define your life priorities 🙂↔️💌
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
A difficult question) The top ones are mango gold, pitahaya, passion fruit, cherry tomatoes with a sharp tip, avocado, grapefruit, tangerines, oranges, bananas... Perhaps at the moment I am only cold to apples. But I haven't tried durian yet 😉😁
