What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
I eat 95-99% raw fruits, vegetables, greens. I drink water. Sometimes I eat cooked food, but now less and less

Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since mid-2015

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Severe complications after treatment for stage 3 cancer

And what continues to inspire you now?
Health, I don’t like to be sick

What difficulties did you have along the way?
Rollbacks to regular food, but now they happen less and less

When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
There was a feeling of "isolation" from society and loneliness, but I found interesting people and like-minded people thanks to the vastness of the Internet. It also helped a lot that my daughter followed in my footsteps and now she is almost 100% fruitarian

What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I feel better than when I was 20, this is what keeps me on vegetables and fruits, if I roll back, then I immediately start to get very sick

How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? From what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
Before the illness, I was on a regular diet, the transition began about 9 years ago, after severe complications of cancer treatment. The first thing I cut out of my diet was meat and dairy products, then fish, bread and all grains. The hardest thing was to give up eggs. Then, gradually, I moved away from cooked food. I practiced short and long food breaks a lot

What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or your type of food?
Good health and burning curiosity: are we really on the threshold of a new civilization and a tectonic change in life. I want to live to see who will ultimately be right
