What led you to this type of diet, what inspired you?
I changed my diet in an imperial way, which led to an unconscious improvement in health. After which I learned that you can only eat fruits and common sense prevailed over dietary habits
And what continues to inspire me now?
My well-being tells me that I am doing everything right
What difficulties did you have along the way?
Moderate, social. It's hard to integrate when no one thinks about it

Your environment changed, your interests changed, the nature of your work changed to something easier
What changed, what became better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
Headaches, frequent and severe sore throats, acute respiratory viral infections stopped bothering you. Heartburn and other dyspeptic disorders of the gastrointestinal tract went away. Insomnia, inexplicable for me at that time heat, which led to severe mental stress, went away
How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
9 months have passed since the moment of determination to switch. At that time, the diet was traditional, but with a significant change (many products were removed from the diet)
