100% fruits, I do not drink water

Since what year / month have you been on this type of diet?
Since January 2024

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
When I was on maternity leave, I began to take an interest in astrology, then through one astrologer I learned about vegetarianism and raw foodism, then on the Vegetarian.ru page I saw an interview with Dima Kutny. It was through him that I learned about fruitarianism.

Successful, healthy fruitarians and the fruitarian philosophy itself

So far, there have been no special changes

How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? From what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
The transition was gradual and stretched out over three years.
I switched from a whole plant-based diet. I gradually increased the amount of fruit in my diet and decreased the amount of everything else, and also went to work in fruit delivery to surround myself with fruit lovers and make the best fruits available to me
