About me
What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
Practice and study yoga. Study biology. Work on my projects: Health program, book: evolution of consciousness "The road from kitchen to immortality" I devote a lot of time to my family
What field are you working in now, what do you do?
Now I devote all my free time to myself and my projects. I study biology. When we move to the city, I plan to teach yoga classes, seminars on yoga nutrition, to achieve my best version, how to change our future for the better and our planet into a blooming paradise
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
I drink water when I want. I eat fruits and strive for pure fruitarianism. Fruitarianism happened to me very naturally through my experience practicing yoga and studying my body. During the transition, I collected and am collecting my experience of how and to what my body reacts
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since January 1, 2024
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
I have gone through a lot of different cleanses, dangerous and not so. In my opinion, all cleanses destroy our body to a lesser or greater extent. I began to ask myself what should be the optimal way of eating for a person that would support all the necessary life processes without destroying the body. And so that there would be no need to waste time on endless and meaningless cleanses. So I came to fruits
And what continues to inspire now?
To observe your own body and all the processes of recovery and rejuvenation. And also hope for a very cool future. Therefore, I think that we need to approach this issue very responsibly and carefully spread knowledge without scaring anyone. So that there are no cases like Zhanna who died of an unknown cause and the public blames fruits
What difficulties did you have on this path?
Relationships in the family. My own mind that always wants something :) I learned to work with it. If it asks for something like coffee, I take a sip, understand that it is not tasty and drink fresh juice instead :))
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
Nothing special. My family accepted me as I am and we ourselves began to eat more fruits. I try not to stand out, I work little by little in my own direction. This probably comes with the practice of yoga, the ability to live in such a way as not to disturb anyone. If asked, I will answer :)
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
Cured huge eczema. Joints stopped hurting. Flexibility has increased. A lot of hair is growing :) the cleansing processes are still ongoing and most likely will continue for a long time
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or did this path stretch out?
I immediately switched to fruits from veganism. Raw foodism does not suit me. That is, I can eat some vegetables raw, but they are not tasty at all without salt and spices. When I was switching, I really wanted a green salad during the first months, so I made it with mango and avocado without salt. The hardest thing was to give up the morning ritual of tea with honey. Tea held me for a very long time. And coffee sometimes, but very little. Also matcha with homemade almond milk with dates :) but the body does not like it, I quickly realized that. All nuts cause a lot of mucus, so it is not worth it
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or your type of nutrition?
At the moment, I don’t need motivation to be on fruits, I already see and feel everything in my body. I am very sensitive to all processes. I already know that this is the best nutrition for me, that I have a lot of time that I can spend on more important things than being in the kitchen. I realized that when we eat fruits, we practically do not produce garbage. And there are many things that motivate me:)
Your mission in life
To do everything that I can and dedicate my life to our planet and its inhabitants. To leave our planet better, kinder, brighter, cleaner
Your main life motto
Personally for me, “Practice”
What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
The most important thing is not to stop and not to lose heart if you break down. You need to work on yourself, talk. Try to remove everything that destroys the body, make a list and replace it with healthier products. Gradually, the body itself will show you the way. You can immediately switch to fruits, but without preparation you can break down. Better smoothly. Surround yourself with people who will support you morally. Maybe even take coaching. In my life, I have always found people who were stronger than me and helped me move from one step to another. The main thing is not to stop and believe in yourself. And perhaps the most important thing is to learn science from educated people, scientists. Now there are a lot of charlatans around who sell all sorts of pills for all diseases or cleansing from worms and the like. You need to be careful in our world where materialism has taken over
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
I really love oranges and bananas in pieces as a salad. Another salad: apples, bell peppers, goji berries, tomatoes, 1/4 red hot pepper. Grind everything and serve with avocado. It is very tasty
