Refusal of salt. Well, and loss of strength, weight loss, everything that comes with cleansing)
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
In my self-perception, I became more confident in myself, in my future, I developed great trust in the world. I became more energetic
What changed, what became better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I had acute prostatitis on a traditional diet and chronic sinusitis. Medicine partially helped. I switched to a raw food diet and this completely solved the problem with sinusitis. Also significantly improved the situation with prostatitis, but not completely. The transition to fruitarianism completely solved this problem and clearly improved my health in general. On a raw food diet, I did not feel bad, but there was a feeling of something not up to ... plus a digestive conflict from sprouts, seeds and nuts. Now everything is just great and it seems the longer the better))
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
I switched from a raw food diet in one day. But the breakdown and rollback occurred after two months on 100% fruits. On one of the days, there was a crisis and a real withdrawal, when I could not get enough of fruits, although my stomach was full of them, I broke down and rolled back to a traditional diet, even for several months. After that, I included intensive training according to Kushnerev in my lifestyle (you shouldn't get too attached to this fact, I think CrossFit training would also help) Before that, I trained in the gym for years. After I included intensive training and went to the fruits, there were no more breakdowns, although of course there were withdrawal symptoms, but bearable
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of nutrition?
To be in this high state, to be healthy, to have a cool athletic, dried out body with clearly visible muscles. Interest in living and seeing how it will be over a long distance, having 5-10 years of experience, etc. on this lifestyle. And of course, to inspire people by my example, to help them solve their own health issues and live a full and happy life

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but can't decide or can't?
Learn more information about it. Talk to a lot of fruitarians to understand to the marrow of your bones that there is no other way if you want to be happy and healthy
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
Not that I particularly indulge in recipes (I don't know many of them and am not particularly interested in expanding on this), but probably zucchini noodles with a sauce of tomatoes, avocado and hot pepper and a little lime or lemon juice. And as for specific fruits, damn, each season has its own top ones)) but the first thing that came to mind was a tomato)))
