Yes, I do, but I do not exclude further, possible, experiments with a little editing of the diet. But the basis is always fruits

Only fruits, I only drink coconut water

Since November 1, 2022 on 100% fruits

I only remember giving up coffee. And Nuts) Everything else is easy
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
Everything changed) the most important thing is that you have a constant feeling of happiness and endless energy
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
All illnesses have passed already during the transition to veganism, but only one remained - eczema! It passed on SE. Hair loss on fruits stopped, but plaque began to appear on the teeth, I had to return to toothpaste, so that I did not have to go to constant teeth cleaning
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or did this path stretch out?
1 day not SE, 1 day on fruits) Not difficult, with joy, because it was my personal choice

If they do not dare, then they do not want to:) Read books about raw food. At least 5 - 8 books
