What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
I love aesthetics and everything beautiful, that's why I've been drawing since childhood, I studied painting professionally at the Art Academy, as well as Graphic Design, now I'm into dynamic stretching, functional training, and fruit nutrition.
I love nature, people, traveling, learning languages, I love beautiful music.

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Curiosity, love of nature, practicality and logic in your approach to everything, not the best state of health and psyche at 20 years old

Now the idea of becoming the best version of yourself, inspiring and helping others, inspires me
What difficulties did you have on this path?
It is not always easy to change your old way of thinking, leave your old environment, break ties with what stops you from developing - childhood habits, attitudes. Old destructive programs of consciousness that everyone has still interfere, I am still on the path
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
The environment has completely changed, the sphere of activity partially changes, according to self-hypnosis, I have become more honest, open, not always, but more self-confident, I have come to love people and live communication more
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
Mental state is the biggest plus and bonus, in my opinion. I have become more even-tempered, calm, I very rarely have depression and apathy, although once this was my daily reality. I have lost most of the headaches that accompanied me since early childhood, now I almost never get sick, neither viruses, nor infections, nor colds. It is very easy for me to get up every morning without an alarm clock, to train, the body recovers very quickly on such a diet. The rashes and unpleasant body odors have disappeared. I feel alive and light, as the creator intended
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
At first I gave up meat, sugar and the most harmful food (fried, fatty), because there were frequent headaches, colds, migraines, I felt bad, then there was a refusal of dairy products because I studied a lot about veganism, nutrition in general and understood how negatively the use of dairy products affects the condition of my skin, after 2 years of veganism, I learned information about live plant nutrition and began to eat a lot of raw plant food. After a few months, I gave up salt and very quickly in my diet in principle there remained almost 90% raw food (vegetables, fruits) and then I had a period of about more than 9 months of raw food, but with nuts and when I removed nuts and all kinds of dried fruits greens, from which I felt discomfort and heaviness, I began to eat purely fruits, this was in the spring, 3 years ago and until now for me fruitarianism is an ideal diet. I don't want to go back yet and I don't plan to.
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or your type of nutrition?
Not to be a parasite and a pest on this planet, to feel connected to the world, to feel yourself in your place as a person, as a biological species, to keep your body healthy in order to realize the desires of your soul through it

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but can't decide or can't?
First, study this topic and issue well so that there are no questions and doubts, but a firm understanding and decision
Second, understand whether it is necessary and if so, why. You need to be ready to go through a difficult path to overcome food withdrawal and addiction, which everyone who eats boiled, salty, fatty, sugar, etc. has.
Don't try to do everything perfectly at once. You need to understand that this is not an easy path and setting too high demands on yourself at once is fraught with failure. It is better to introduce live plant foods into your diet more smoothly and gradually, without creating stress for yourself and your psyche
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
I don't really like mixing fruits together, I like to taste and feel the taste of each fruit separately
Mango, papaya, durian, longan, passion fruit, jackfruit, mulberry - top. Mango is my favorite now, I can eat it all day long, that's how it was in Thailand, unfortunately they are not available in Ukraine now
