What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
Now the diet is 100% sweet fruits. I rarely drink water, distilled water

My journey began in 2021. The first 3 years 100% fruits, then experiments with salt and greens. Now at the level of physics I have come to a 100% sweet diet
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Inspired by the state of the body and energy that are active on such a diet. The body led to this incrementally

Honesty with yourself, purity, resourcefulness and productivity of the body, calmness, beauty. Only fruits give this

3.5 years of addiction to salt and fat. Also acceptance of reality and restructuring on the mental plane. Letting go of old programs
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
Everything has changed
There has been growth in work, relationships. I found a new activity that has pumped up many necessary skills and given me freedom to travel. The climate and country of residence have changed: the body has placed itself in a suitable environment. Friends and like-minded people have appeared, there were none before
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
The body has finally begun to "breathe" and live. Nothing squeezes and there is freedom. Before - as if chained to a bed in shackles that dig into the skin. I felt like the body was dying inside. How aging occurred. Now - regeneration, energy is 1000 times higher, rejuvenation
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? From what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
I switched to fruits in one day. Before that, there was a year of vegetarianism and 3 months of raw food
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
When I breathe, I don't think about it. The same with nutrition. If we consider integration into modern society, the issue of nutrition is a matter of personal boundaries and hygiene. This is personal to me and does not concern others. Nutrition is freedom from addictions and awareness. I have a deep motivation to maintain high awareness, since birth

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but can't decide or can't?
Bring your life in order. It doesn't work where something is holding you back. Finances, relationships, things, projects, people - leave only what is necessary. Go through all the systemic philosophers, such as Osho, Zeland, etc. Observe, analyze, find patterns. I also recommend studying biochemistry. This will help to consolidate the order
