What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
I like an active lifestyle, I am a versatile and active person, I like to train my body and give it different loads, I like to swim a lot and in general any contact with water. I also draw, knit π§Ά, dance, sing, write poetry in the flow, skate, roller skate and much more))
What field are you currently working in, what do you do?
I am active on my social networks. This is my main activity. I help people increase their awareness and change their lives π
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
On a light fruit diet, a small eater, having saved more. I did not drink water for several years, but when I began to achieve a certain sensitivity, I began to sometimes dilute juices with water. I tried drinking purified water in its pure form - it didn't work, it feels very heavy for the body, when it is set on fruits, then it becomes more or less structured and charged with water
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since January 2018, I have not eaten meat, after six months I left fish and eggs, dairy a little later, then there was a long period of vegan nutrition with raw food clean days, and already in May 2021 I consciously switched to a pure raw food diet with nuts sometimes, greens and various raw dishes, desserts (at first there was a denser raw food diet) and after about a year I gradually moved to eating only fruits according to how my body felt, my body always led me to relief smoothly ππ» after six months on purely whole fruits I began to eat less, less often and lighter, I began to prefer juicy light and not real fruits (I began to suck the juices from the fruits themselves). So I switched to liquid nutrition with fruit juices (this happened 1.5 years ago, in December 2022) and to this day my body is comfortable with liquid nutrition, but sometimes fruit fiber can get into me when I am interested in trying some new fruit, this happened when I flew to Thailand for the first time
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
My health condition, there were problems with digestion, long-term constipation for 5-7 days, bloating, pain. Disappointed in medicine, I began to study myself what affects our health and so I came across the book by V. Zeland "Living Kitchen", and this is how my path of self-knowledge in the topic of nutrition and health in general began. I remember that then my health immediately became better when I began to eat more fruits, greens, salads and completely removed meat and protein products. I was already doing well on veganism, I liked my digestion, but the condition of my skin was deplorable, it was acne that prompted me to raw food and fruitarianism later. Of course, this gave its positive results
And what continues to inspire now?
It happens by itself as usual and habitual ππ» My feelings lead me, I can no longer do otherwise. The sensitivity of the body is so high that even avocado my body does not accept, it makes me feel heavy π

What difficulties did you have on this path?
Environment. When there are people next to you who do not allow you to develop and do not accept you, then this affects your states. It is important to minimize the level of stress in life and surround yourself with people who are in tune with you ππ»
And Mental programs, which sometimes returned me to past experiences, but this is how we learn about ourselves, I believe that any experience that happens to us is valuableππ» I will say more that it is the level of consciousness, mental purity and internal states that affect our food preferences. You need to work first of all with your head, then your nutrition will begin to transform itself
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in work?
I began to feel my body very subtly, intuition and foresight developed. Clear mind, pure thoughts, lightness and clarity 24/7. The environment has narrowed, has become more qualitative, I am surrounded by wonderful bright kind positive people. In the social sphere - I have become ascetic in this, I no longer need companies and parties, I love loneliness, silence and solitude more, this is how I am filled and feel a connection with myself very vividly. When you talk a lot, then a lot of energy is spent on speaking, and speaking is an activity of the mind, which, on the contrary, you want to turn off and immerse yourself more in feeling and being in this moment ππ» there was a large-scale growth in work and implementation β‘οΈ I share my experience, feelings and vision of the world with people on my blog and people express gratitude for my broadcasting in the form of money as an energy exchange βοΈ
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you physically feel before and now?
I have already described this above ππΌ life has been divided into before and after. I forgot what it means to be "sick"
I regulate the level of my feelings independently through various tools, including nutrition.
How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? What kind of nutrition did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or did this path stretch out?
It was a smooth and gradual transition. I believe that the psyche should adapt smoothly and you need to give yourself time and not rush to go straight to fruits. This should be a conscious personal choice

So it's not time for these people yet)) I think that this happens to a person when there is simply no other choiceπ Each soul has its own life path in this world :)
