What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
Physical activity: hiking, rock climbing, running, gym. Mental: nutrition, language learning, books, lectures, movies of any genre

What field are you currently working in, what do you do?
I am studying for a practical specialty 'Specialist in working with children and youth', but in the future, I may change my specialty and go to university

Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now does not consist only of fruits?
I 100% share the philosophy of fruitarianism from an ethical and biological point of view. I am sure that this type of diet is the most effective for human life

100% pure fruit nutrition

What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Interest. I always doubted that people eat perfectly healthy food. I became interested in vegetarianism - giving up sugar → flour → eggs → thermally processed food → in the end, only fruits remained. With each stage, my body reacted more and more positively and I myself felt that this was not the limit. I also studied almost all YouTube channels, such as: Yuri Frolov, Dmitry Kutny, Artem Kushnarev

And what continues to inspire now?
The amount of energy, mental stability, good health, absence of diseases - therefore, the most effective nutrition for the body, which does not wear it out

What difficulties did you have along the way?
Explaining a new concept of nutrition to loved ones. When meeting people, you have to avoid the topic of nutrition as much as possible, and sometimes even hide it

When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
I became confident and more ambitious, I had more mental and physical energy. When one concept falls away, it becomes easy to give up others - from what others think, what is good and what is bad. I met new fruit people who inspire me

What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
Of course, better. Small changes are noticeable, skin quality (no acne, no constipation, no constant discharge of mucus from the sinuses and mouth, now when people around me are sick, the "viruses" (actually cleansing the body) do not affect me

How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? What kind of diet did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or did this path stretch out?
In one day. I gradually gave up all products, in general it took from November 2022 to June 2023, 7 months. But the last type of diet, before fruitarianism, was raw food, but I did not like to eat greens and nuts 😂

What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
I have already changed people's lives by my example. More demand for fruits - more trees. In addition, my mother gave up meat, and my brother became a vegetarian. I want to reduce people's suffering and show that if you want, you can live differently

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
Understand WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT: your current lifestyle, which inevitably makes you sick, or good health and, possibly, a long life?

After that, try to gradually inform others, NEVER give in to condemnation and confidently stand your ground. To be confident, you need to STUDY ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING: frequently asked questions, all the science, ethics, practical experience of people on other types of nutrition
