English teacher
Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now does not consist only of fruits?
Completely
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
FE 95%, I drink water very rarely and in small quantities
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since 2018
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
I came to eating fruits quite naturally and smoothly. One day, when I was in my last year of school, at the dinner table I was struck by a flash of realization that the "meat" on my plate was once a wondrous creature. I saw in detail the chain of events leading the unfortunate chicken to our kitchen, it seemed absurd and absolutely unnecessary to me. That same year, I moved to Australia to study and found myself in a circle of like-minded people. There, the vegetarian and vegan movement was ahead of the CIS in development by a good ten years, I began to come across videos with lectures on the origin of dairy products, and when searching for vegan recipes, I came across English-speaking raw foodists. The phrase "cooked by the Sun" turned my mind upside down, the absurdity of cooking in general pierced me like lightning and I realized that I wanted to live in maximum synergy with nature
And what continues to inspire me now?
Research interest. A feeling of lightness and health without losing the palette of taste sensations
What difficulties did you have on this path?
Probably the most difficult was the internal condemnation with which I lived for a long time. There are many people around complaining about their health, regularly ill family members. The answer is so simple, but it is impossible to make a person want to go the same way as you
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
The biggest layer of changes probably occurred in your self-perception. A lot of energy, naturally a positive attitude and peacefulness are maintained. I met new people, traveled and lived with them. This is a very bright and wonderful experience
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I will repeat about energy. Of course, a lot still depends on the mood, but for me personally, the beginning of a fruitarian diet coincided with the exit from depression. And it also served as the appearance of regular physical activity in life. I had never known sports before without "having to". Everything began to happen by itself, the body simply comes to life, and now the legs themselves are already running, horizontal bars on the way, dancing at home, yoga. Life is in full swing :)
How was the transition to fruits at the very beginning? What diet did you start with when you decided to become a fruitarian? In one day or was the path stretched out?
I was already eating mostly fruits. So the transition was quite easy. The only difficulty was in finally removing some products, because you are dismantling all the food, you live in a constant internal conflict. I have been like this for several years and I think many are familiar with it. I guess you could say that my path stretched out, but according to my inner feelings, it is more like a path without a path. I already eat super tasty and enjoy the benefits of a live "kitchen". I have nowhere to rush and I do not advise anyone ;)
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
My deep motivation is something personal, but in general colors, I am interested in living a long, beautiful and healthy life
Your mission in life
I can't find words for this now. Rather, there are several. There is a certain vision, everything will be revealed with time
Your main life motto
Life is Fun. Let it be like this today, depending on your mood :)
What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but are hesitant or unable to do so?
I think that you shouldn't force anything, in my experience it didn't work. Be sincere in all your intentions, don't rush! You don't need to become someone for the sake of the title itself, do it first of all for yourself, for your health and well-being, because you want to. Try, as much as possible, to shift the focus of attention from nutrition. It is enough to understand the essence of the idea once, there is no need to chew it over. Learn to choose worthy ripe fruits and move on. If you haven't figured it out yet, devote time to financial well-being, succeed in this, there are a million tools now, do not look for excuses for your own laziness and narrow outlook, develop! Find people in spirit, they do not necessarily have to be only fruitarians. Do not break ties and do not burn bridges, be self-sufficient in your views. Don't be negative and create tension by trying to find approval from loved ones who don't yet know the delights of living food. Be more diplomatic and don't forget to treat everything lightly and with humor. Don't let your categoricalness spill over the boundaries of your plate. Be a magnet, not a stuffy one :*
