About me
What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
Telling poems to naked girls at group steam baths, singing songs with a guitar, studying interior design, doing yoga and taking care of your body
What field are you working in now, what do you do?
Designer consultant in a kitchen showroom (I design kitchens and other cabinet furniture), a steam bath attendant in a public bathhouse (I beat people with brooms and get gratitude in return)
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
fruits are the basis, I did not drink water for a couple of years... after I got involved with the bathhouse, I started drinking
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
in 2016 I first tested a raw food diet, in 2017 I learned about eating fruits, it took a long time to consolidate and with rollbacks, in 2021 I attended the first Fruit Camp, after which fruits became the basis of the diet
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
I gave up meat at about 7 years old, all my childhood I felt like a hermit among my peers. When I was at university, I decided to google for the first time whether there were other such people and was stunned by what was happening
First of all, beauty motivates me the most (I have never been as beautiful in my life as I am now), the complete absence of nasty seasonal diseases and body odors
And what continues to inspire me now?
the prospect of living a quality life and people who have chosen the same path
What difficulties did you have on this path?
the hardest thing is to change your life
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
I started to love my reflection in the mirror, it's a cool thing, I recommend it
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you physically feel before and now?
Do you like living in a resilient body, climbing up to the 17th floor easily
How was the transition to fruits at the very beginning? What kind of diet did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or did this path stretch out?
No wonder this path stretched out over a couple of years
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
the prospect of living a long, high-quality, beautiful life
Your mission in life
to help people become happier from interacting with me
Your main life motto
to live boringly is a sin
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
Uzbek tomato - top
