I eat fruits, sometimes celery juice
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
My journey in nutrition began in 2017, when I became a vegetarian. Over time, I wanted more cleansing, and I tried fasting according to Marva Oganyan. This experience inspired me to switch to a raw food diet
At first, I included nuts in my diet, but they did not suit me, and I continued to eat raw food without them. After some time, I discovered the Medical Medium approach. It resonated with me so much that I became a vegetarian again, but with an emphasis on raw foods. Cooked food appeared in my diet extremely rarely
I periodically tried to switch to a fruit diet. Sometimes I succeeded, but then there were rollbacks, and I returned to my previous diet. And so in 2024, in October, I took this step again - and this time I stayed. Now my life is filled with fruits, and I follow this path with gratitude and joy
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
This diet, or rather lifestyle, inspired me. A lot has changed inside, and, of course, my health has improved

What difficulties did you have on this path?
Of course, I had difficulties on this path - primarily with relatives, not with my family. My husband always supported me, but I had problems with other relatives. Now everything is fine: my mother said that the main thing is that I do not harm myself
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
Of course. With the transition to this diet, a lot has changed. Some people left my life, and someone new entered it
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
A lot has changed. My health has improved, I have become physically stronger. At the beginning of the transition, of course, there were difficulties, but now I just want to joyfully flutter, run, create, do and create

Your mission in life
My mission is to show people that fruits are the most important food for us. By my example, I want to convey to children an understanding of the value of such a lifestyle. Fruits change us for the better

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
You should try to eat fruits and fruits for at least one week - and then you can feel a big difference
