About me
What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
I like to work out, read books, watch TV series in English, look at beauty, go to the theater, I had a lot of esoteric interests (not much now), I used to speak on Internet radio, I am a blogger - I make videos on YouTube about fruits and other things, I write my thoughts on Telegram and other things
What field are you currently working in, what do you do?
History teacher at a private school (Epishkola), postgraduate religious studies student
Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now consists not only of fruits?
Yes, I completely share and practice it
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
100% FE, I don’t drink water
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since mid-2020 on pescetarianism
Since mid-2021 on raw food
Since mid-2022 on fruits. At first there were conscious breakdowns (about 1 time per month)
Since February 2024 on pure fruits
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Severe health problems. Milovanov inspired me. In general, Zeland inspired me to raw food
And what continues to inspire me now?
My health improvements, Dima Kutny and a bunch of other fruitarians
What difficulties did you have on this path?
At first there were breakdowns of a psychological nature. But according to Kutny's principle (95% FE), I got rid of them pretty quickly
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perceptions, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
Everything changed. Attitude towards people and people towards me. I have become stronger and healthier psychologically. It is easier to concentrate on something. I have more respect and love for myself
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I had many health problems. I had 3 operations in a row - appendicitis, varicocele and pneumothorax. I felt terrible. My whole body ached every day. My stomach and frequent urination (fibrosis of the prostate gland) were especially tormenting. I was even prescribed heavy medications so that I could just fall asleep, and not sit in the toilet half the night, getting up every hour, and sometimes more often. A lot of diseases went away on CE and FE - prostatitis, gastritis, deudenitis, colitis, IBS, nasal drip addiction, frequent headaches, frequent colds, osteochondrosis, hemorrhoids and vision problems
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? What diet did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or was this path stretched out?
As I wrote not in one. When I realized that breakdowns are inevitable, I followed the principle of if you can’t win, lead! I switched from SE
