Everything has become better. I feel great. My endurance is excellent. My body is getting younger
How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? What kind of diet did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or was it a long journey?
The first 1.5 years I ate fruits, vegetables, greens, sometimes nuts. The transition happened in one day, without breakdowns
