About me
What are your hobbies in life, how do you like to spend your time?
Dancing, running, reading, socializing, active recreation
What field are you currently working in, what do you do?
Sports choreography, trainer in the gym and group programs
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
100% fruitarianism, water rarely after a bathhouse or gym
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since August 2022
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
10 years of proper nutrition. Studied to be a trainer at the Lesgaft St. Petersburg University, graduated from the Academy of Dietetics and Nutrition. I tried many different diets in search of the ideal one: where I would have a lot of energy, would not want sweets (even with a super balanced, verified diet, there were still breakdowns), there would be lightness, clarity, constant thoughts about food and constant cooking would go away. Attending WHO conferences, I did not find answers to my questions even there. No one could give them, not even WHO specialists. So the questions arose. On FE there are still no questions, I do not want to eat anything else, all taste needs are completely satisfied
And what continues to inspire me now?
Health, energy, beauty, no constant thoughts about food, cooking
What difficulties did you have on this path?
Attachment to traditions, old habits. It was difficult to give up buckwheat and rolls with the family. I pumped for a year, then got tired and decided: either back or forward. I have already been behind and since I left there, it means I do not like it, it is stupid to go back. I went forward into the unknown and became so free and happy
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
Got divorced, started living alone, quit my job. I became more confident, more responsible, lighter. I gathered new people around me: strong, responsible, strong-willed, purposeful
What changed, what became better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I became lighter, but less strong for now. I became more flexible, more resilient, more active. I feel as comfortable physically as possible
How was the transition to fruits at the very beginning? What diet did you start with when you decided to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
From eating healthy food: meat, fish, cereals, dairy products - straight to fruitarianism. The decision was not made right away, I observed for a long time. Finally, I decided to try it as an experiment. Within 3 months I was convinced that it works and that it is what I need and for another 9 months I was swinging on old habits. In general, the transition to pure FE took a year
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of nutrition?
This is the species nutrition of a person, his fuel, understanding this, eating something else is just stupid, like filling a car with pilaf:)
Your mission in life
To make this world beautiful, happy and healthy
Your main life motto
There is nothing bad
What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but do not dare or do not succeed?
