Workouts, walking or cycling, yoga

I take care of the house, the garden, and my children's education. I help people choose the right workouts. Sometimes I conduct individual yoga training.
Do you share the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet now does not only consist of fruits?
I fully support this philosophy of nutrition
What type of diet do you currently adhere to, do you drink water?
Only fruits, I have not drunk water since the second year of fruitarianism, but if I am left without fruits in the heat, I can drink. In 6 years, I have drunk maybe 500g of water
Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Since June 25, 2018
What led you to this way of eating, what inspired you?
Poor health led to it, I was tired of suffering from illnesses. Inspired by the experience of other people who changed their diet
And what continues to inspire me now?
Now I am most inspired by my well-being and fitness. My fruitarian friends also inspire me, our meetings at fruit festivals
What difficulties did you have along the way?
Difficulties with parents, their lack of understanding and acceptance of this type of diet
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, at work?
I began to love this world more
What changed, what became better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
My health returned, I feel great
How was the period of transition to fruits at the very beginning? With what diet did you decide to become a fruitarian? In one day or was this path stretched out?
At first, I did not believe that it was really possible to eat only fruits. Therefore, I gradually removed meat, fish, dairy. Improvements were noticeable after 1 month. That's why I decided to stick to a raw food diet (with nuts and seeds). But after 2-3 months, it suddenly got worse. I realized that I needed to remove the seeds, there were too many of them. I realized that there was power in fruits, but at that time I couldn't afford a fruit diet financially (winter was approaching, prices were rising). I decided to eat some boiled porridge, stewed cabbage with potatoes, and more fresh fruits. But sometimes I broke down and ate herring (once a month). My health gradually worsened again, and when the local fruit season began, I decided to stick to fruits only. I didn't break down anymore
What is your deep motivation to stick to fruits or your type of diet?
I want my loved ones and acquaintances to be inspired by my diet and to be able to alleviate or solve health problems. But I don't impose this diet on anyone, I only tell those who ask for advice
Your mission in life
To benefit others, to green the planet
What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but can't decide or can't?
Don't be afraid, believe in yourself, in fruits, communicate, meet fruit people
Your favorite fruit recipe or favorite fruits
I mostly eat whole fruits without mixing. But sometimes I make a spicy salad (cucumbers, lemon, sweet and hot peppers, and tomatoes, sometimes eggplants too)
My favorites are of course Durian, Nectarines, Ethiopian melon, mahitos tomatoes, mulberries, cherries, apricots, grapes
