I had a sincere desire to find the best diet for my well-being

What difficulties did you have on this path?
Giving up the old in everything: nutrition, relationships, lifestyle, was painful for the psyche. I took my time and everything inevitably changed
When you changed your diet, what changed in your life - in your self-perception, in your personal environment, in the social sphere, in your work?
In your self-perception - your body's sensitivity has increased and you have a better understanding of what people call intuition (your mental state and sports have no less of an effect on this). I choose people with similar ideas to me as my environment, so my environment and the people I work with have completely changed. I mean those with whom I communicate constantly, I have not destroyed relationships with people and I can easily see an old acquaintance with whom I have little in common once a year, but not often
What has changed, what has become better or worse. How did you feel physically before and now?
I have become 90% less likely to get sick with any form of acute respiratory viral infection (I used to get sick regularly once every 2-3 months in an acute form with a protracted recovery of 7-14 days with intensive treatment, now I don’t have such symptoms at all. At most, my throat hurts a little for a day or two and all I need to recover is to intentionally not freeze). The constant stuffy nose has gone away, it was constant. I didn’t have any incurable diseases, but in general I didn’t like the state of my body and on fruits in general I started to like the state of my body (for example, after sleeping I could barely feel some of my limbs and it took me about two minutes to circulate the blood through them before I could start using them, I understood that I could individually start solving such issues with a doctor, but by changing my lifestyle globally 90% of such symptoms went away on their own). What remained, but was there before changing my diet: eczema on my hands (periodically). My teeth began to require more care, and when I forgot about it, I paid for treatment at the dentist. As I started to take care of them, everything is fine with them and I don’t go there more often than before. The condition is generally calmer, which I like, but when eating meat products there was definitely more explosive power
How did the transition to fruits go at the very beginning? What type of diet did you decide to become a fruitarian with? In one day or was this path stretched out?
I switched when I was on a vegan type of diet with a predominantly raw food diet. I tried fruitarianism for some time for myself and did not make the decision to become a fruitarian. But when I tried it and felt with my body everything I wanted to understand, doubts disappeared and as a result I made the decision in one day and I follow it to this day
What is your deep motivation to stay on fruits or on your type of diet?
To live my life happily, experiencing as wide a palette of sensations as possible. Fruitarianism is one of the tools for this, and I'm glad I found it

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruits, but don't dare or can't?
Don't rush and don't force yourself. For me, fruitarianism only makes sense if I can enjoy life with it. If it becomes a path of suffering - for me it makes no sense
