About me

About me

What are your hobbies? How do you like to spend your time?
Books, fitness, ping pong, the sauna, my granddaughter, massages, and traveling...

What field do you currently work in, and what do you do?
I’m a physical education teacher.

Do you subscribe to the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet currently consists of more than just fruit?
I fully accept and subscribe to it.

What kind of diet do you follow now? Do you drink water?
I drink water; 95% of my diet consists of fruit.

Since what year/month have you been on this type of diet?
Starting in 2023, when consumed with other foods

What led you to this way of eating? What inspired you?
I wanted to lose weight and live a long, healthy life. I was very inspired by Instagram and YouTube, especially Artem.

And what continues to inspire you now?
In-depth knowledge about species-specific nutrition… people’s stories about the health benefits of this diet…

What challenges did you face along the way?
Doubts about whether I’d made the right choice, social noise, pressure from my family, and rejection of my choice

When you changed your diet, what changed in your life—in how you feel about yourself, in your personal circle, socially, and at work?
I’ve become more confident, calm, and tolerant of others; my productivity has increased, and life feels easier.

What has changed—for the better or for the worse? How did you feel physically before, and how do you feel now?
I used to suffer from frequent constipation. My bad cholesterol was high, and it was hard to get up in the morning. Now I can walk longer distances, I have more stamina, and I recover faster after strength training. My cholesterol has gone down, I’ve lost weight, and I fast more often

Since changing your diet, what has changed in your life—in how you feel about yourself, in your personal circle, socially, and at work?
I’ve become more confident, calm, and tolerant of others; my productivity has increased, and life feels easier.

What has changed—what’s gotten better or worse? How did you feel physically before, and how do you feel now?
I used to suffer from frequent constipation. My bad cholesterol was high, and it was hard to get up in the morning. Now I can walk longer distances, I have more stamina, and I recover faster after strength training. My cholesterol has gone down, I’ve lost weight, and I’ve started fasting more often—without any side effects—it’s easy.

How did the transition to a fruit-based diet go at the very beginning? What kind of diet were you on before you decided to become a fruitarian? Did it happen all at once, or was it a gradual process?
I haven’t eaten meat for 7 years, gave up dairy 3 years ago, and haven’t eaten grains for 2 years—SE is my foundation. I’ve been preferring fruit for a year now… with mixed results😌

What’s your deep-seated motivation for sticking to a fruit-based diet or your current way of eating?
I like fruit—it’s tasty and healthy… easy and simple… and I’m also doing my part to care for animals…
