What changed in your life when you changed your diet—how you feel, your personal environment, your social life, your work?
I feel great. I feel better than I did on the SE diet. My environment is changing.

What's changed? What's gotten better or worse? How did you feel physically before and now?
Some things are better, some are still worse. On the SE diet, I often felt weak. Now, weakness is rare.

How was the transition to fruit at the very beginning? What diet did you start with when you decided to become a fruitarian? Did you decide to do it overnight, or was it a long journey?
Started with a raw food diet. I switched overnight on October 28, 2023.

What's your deepest motivation for staying on fruit or your diet?
To live a wonderful life eating only fruit. To develop my body and spirit.

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to fruit but are hesitant or unable to?
Study fruitarianism and try fruit-based diets. Don't be greedy and don't rush.
