About me

About me

What are your hobbies? How do you like to spend your time?
I walk barefoot and naked in nature and I climb trees

What field do you work in right now? What do you do?
I'm a hypnotist, I help entrepreneurs to overcome stress, anxiety and unconscious blocks

Do you subscribe to the philosophy of fruitarianism, even if your diet currently consists of more than just fruit?
Yes I share fruitarian philosophy and I eat 100% fruits (no seeds or plants or water)

What kind of diet do you follow now? Do you drink water?
100% fruit (I don't drink water)

Since what year/month have you been following this type of diet?
May 2026 (after 11 years vegan)

What led you to this way of eating? What inspired you?
The fact that fruit is the only food specie-specific for humans and the fact that plants suffer and want to live too

And what continues to inspire you now?
Going back to my true nature and pure happiness and inspire the world to do the same

What challenges did you face along the way?
Finding a tribe of fruitarian philosophy like minded people

Since changing your diet, what has changed in your life—in how you feel about yourself, in your personal circle, in your social life, and at work?
I felt a true sense of freedom, love and happiness, alignment with the nature. In my personal environment I'm very minimalistic now. I don't go to unnatural events anymore (events where people drink, smoke or eat animal or vegetal corpses). In my work I advice people to eat more raw fruits.

What has changed—what’s gotten better or worse? How did you feel physically before, and how do you feel now?
I feel much lighter and stronger, full of energy but calm and present, I sleep better (before I felt always heavy)

How did the transition to a fruit-based diet go at the very beginning? What was your diet like before you decided to become a fruitarian? Did you switch overnight, or was it a gradual process?
I've been vegan for 11 years, then 3 years ago I started to feel this unconscious attraction towards fruits but I didn't believe it was possible to live only on fruits so I just started to eat more raw fruits, then I discovered that we are frugivores (I read Homo Tropicus, a nutrition huge book that explains everything scientifically about the frugivore nature of humans) and then I understood that is possible and much better to eat only fruits, so I started a transition period of 1 month eating more and more fruits until I lost the interest for the old food (grains, seeds and plants)

What is your deep-seated motivation for sticking to a fruit-based diet or your chosen way of eating?
That eating fruits is the best for us and for the world (health, happiness and ethics)

Your mission in life
My mission is to inspire all the world to go back to our true nature, building a natural society based on eating fruit and living in nature

Your main life motto
Nature is perfect as it is

What advice would you give to people who want to switch to a fruit-based diet but are hesitant or unable to do so?
A food that is not naturally intended for humans (animal products, sugar, grains and seeds, etc) is extremely addictive, litterally the worst drug. Because of this, many people need a gradual transition away from such foods. It can be similar to overcoming an addiction, so it's important to make the change step by step: start by eating more raw fruit and fresh vegetables, then adopt a vegan diet rich in raw fruit and vegetables, then gradually eliminate grains and seeds, and finally establish a sustainable fruitarian diet (it is important to do the transition gradually to let the microbiota adapt and to detox from all the toxins of non-specific food
